Shipping Policy

All orders are aimed to be shipped within 5-10 working days of receiving full payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address including postcode. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at packnplaytrays@outlook.com with your full name and address and a minimum of 2 photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Refund Policy

We accept refunds up to 28 days after your item has been shipped. We will expect you to cover the return courier costs for goods. All returns must be received in their original condition for a full refund. If the item is not received back in its original condition then a partial refund will be offered, so please ensure the item is packaged well. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will not include the original postage costs or the return postage costs which you will be responsible for.
